  9. I've been meaning to try this recipe for ages, but haven't gotten around
  10. to it yet. It sounds pretty good to me, though. I imagine if you used
  11. low- or non-fat mayonnaise and non-fat buttermilk, it would be pretty
  12. low in fat.

  14. Ranch-Style Dressing
  15.  
  16. 1 cup mayonnaise
  17. 1 cup buttermilk
  18. 2 Tbsp finely chopped green onion tops
  19. 1/4 tsp onion powder
  20. 2 tsp minced parsley
  21. 1/4 tsp garlic powder or 1/2 to 1 garlic clove, finely minced
  22. 1/4 tsp paprika
  23. 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  24. 1/4 tsp salt
  25. 1/4 tsp black pepper
  26.  
  27. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Refrigerate. Makes 2 cups.
